Rental of the Bailey House includes use of all the facilities on the first floor of the house:

  • A fully operational, modern kitchen
  • Four large restored rooms which are impeccably decorated
  • Folding chairs and tables
  • Antique furnishings and period pieces
  • A beautiful entryway with fireplace and stairwell
  • Restrooms

Guests of the Bailey House are welcome to bring their own refreshments or use a caterer of their choice.

 

Rental fee is $50.00.
